1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1/2 cup fresh, sliced and steamed mushrooms – shiitake, button or portabella
2 Tbs onion, sliced
6 grape tomatoes
1 Tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tsp fat free balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup baby arugula
1 Tbs freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat outdoor grill. While grill heats, toss mushrooms, onions and grape tomatoes with olive oil; season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Saute 6 to 8 minutes. Lightly oil both sides of Flatout. Cook Flatout on closed grill for 2 minutes. Remove from grill and top with arugula, sautéed vegetables, Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Cut into slices and enjoy! Serves 2.

Alternate Cooking Options: Cook lightly oiled Flatout in 350°F oven directly on grate for 7 minutes. Remove, top with arugula, sautéed vegetables, Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Cut into slices and enjoy! Serves 2.

1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1 tsp olive oil cooking spray
1/4 cup fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 cups Portabella mushrooms, sliced 1/8″ thick
1/4 cup Fontina cheese, grated
1/4 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese, grated


Preheat outdoor grill. Marinate mushrooms in balsamic vinaigrette for 10 minutes. Top Flatout with mushrooms and Fontina. Place Flatout on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Remove and cut into slices. Serves 2.

Alternate Cooking Options: Cook lightly oiled Flatout in 350°F oven directly on grate for 7 minutes. Remove, top with mushrooms and Fontina. Remove to oven and cook for 7 more minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy! Serves 2.

1/4 cup no-salt-added pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded Mexican four cheese blend
2 slices reduced-sodium deli style ham, slice in 1″ squares (2 oz)
4 tablespoons pineapple tidbits


Preheat outdoor grill. Lightly oil both sides of Flatout. Top with pizza sauce, ham, pineapple and cheese. Place Flatout directly on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Remove, cut into slices. Enjoy! Serves 2.

1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1 tsp olive oil cooking spray
1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
2 tsp taco seasoning
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs salsa
1/4 cup shredded 2% Mexican blend cheese
Shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 Tbs fat free sour cream


Preheat outdoor grill. On stove, brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook 2-3 minutes or until liquid absorbed. Lightly oil both sides of Flatout. On the Flatout, layer salsa, meat and cheese. Place directly on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Remove and cut into wedges. Top with lettuce, a dollop of sour cream and tomatoes. Serves 2.

2 Tbs bottled Peanut Sauce
1/4 cup cold, cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 scallion, slivered diagonally
1 Tbs white bean sprouts
1 Tbs cup shredded carrots, chopped
1 Tbs roasted chopped peanuts
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro


Preheat outdoor grill. Coat the chicken with 1 tablespoon sauce. Set aside in refrigerator. Distribute rest of the sauce, cheese, chicken, green onions, bean sprouts and carrots over the Flatout. Top with chopped peanuts. Place Flatout directly on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Cook 8-10 minutes. Remove. Sprinkle chopped cilantro. Cut into slices. Serves 2.

1 Tbs fat free balsamic vinaigrette
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3 oz part-skim, fresh mozzarella, sliced thin


Preheat outdoor grill. Marinate mozzarella, tomato, garlic salt and basil in Balsamic Vinaigrette for 10 minutes. Top Flatout with marinade. Place Flatout directly on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Remove, cut into slices and enjoy! Serves 2.
