2 Tbsp chopped fresh red bell pepper
3 small pieces green lettuce leaves
On one half of each HG Foldit slider layer cheese, 2-3 mini meatballs, and lettuce. Top with roasted red peppers. Fold in half and enjoy!
Alternative Cooking Option: Remove lettuce and place folded sandwiches on grilling machine, close lid, cook for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Remove from heat, cut in half and enjoy!

1/2 tsp olive oil
4 oz fresh white button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbs onion, diced
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 tsp salsa
In large skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until mushroom liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes. Divide salsa over each Flatout. Layer chicken, mushrooms and onions at one rounded end of Flatout. Roll, cut and enjoy!

1 Tbs sugar-free jam
2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 banana, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbs low fat granola
Spread peanut butter evenly over entire Flatout. On one rounded end, spread jam. Layer strawberry, banana and granola. Roll, cut and enjoy!

1/4 cup no-salt-added pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded Mexican four cheese blend
2 slices reduced-sodium deli style ham, slice in 1″ squares (2 oz)
4 tablespoons pineapple tidbits
Alternate Cooking Options: Cook lightly oiled Flatout in 350°F oven directly on grate for 7 minutes. Remove, top with pizza sauce, ham, pineapple and cheese. Return to oven, cook 7 more minutes. Remove and cut into slices. Serves 2.
