Baked Christmas Breakfast Pinwheel

1 Flatout Flatbread
2 eggs scrambled
1/3 cup breakfast sausage, cooked (Jimmy Dean)
1/4 cup shredded mixed blend cheese
1 Tbsp red pepper, chopped
Low fat cooking spray
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp avocados, diced
1 Tbsp red Salsa

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. On one rounded end place the scramble eggs, top with the cooked sausage, peppers and Mexican blend cheese. Roll tightly. Lightly spray rolled wrap with cooking spray. Bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove. Slice into pinwheels. Top with dollops of sour cream, salsa and avocado pieces. Serve.
