Berry Hand Pie

We mean it when we say “no guilt!” This gorgeous little dessert is made with just one tablespoon of sugar, along with good for you berries and our light Original flatbread. Spring and summer are the perfect time to enjoy all the fresh berries your heart desires, so bake a strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry filled hand pie that you will crave again and again, for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Berry Hand Pie

1 Flatout Light Original Wrap
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg, beaten

Pre-heat oven to 350. Put berries in a bowl, and gently mix in sugar and cornstarch until the fruit is well coated. Spoon fruit mixture in the center of a Flatout Wrap, and fold in half. Seal edges shut with egg wash, pressing down firmly with fingertips. Bake 350 for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with some fresh berries.
