Tomato-Basil Flatbread Pizza

1 Flatout® Flatbread
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. basil, chopped
3 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced thin

Pre-bake flatbread for two minutes on a preheat grill or oven at 375 degrees.  Remove. Top flatbread with cheese and tomatoes. Cook 4 or until cheese melts. Remove. Sprinkle basil over pizza.  Cut into slices
