Chicken and Cheddar Flatbread Quesadilla
1 Flatout® Flatbread
4 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 thin avocado slices
Place cheese on one half of flatbread. Top with chicken breast and avocado. Fold in half. Cook in medium hot pan one minute on each side or until cheese melts. Cut.
