Four Cheese Foldit
(inspired by the Valley Cheese Deluxe at The Yellow Deli in Chatanooga, TN)
1 Flatout Foldit® Artisan Flatbread
1 slice each – Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Swiss and Parmesan cheeses
1/3 cup sprouts
2 tomato slices
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon mustard
Spread mayo on one side of Foldit. Lay cheeses, sprouts and tomato on top. Top with scallions. Spread other side of Foldit with mustard. Fold in half. This can also make a great meal when cooked in a panini press.
