Ham & Cheese Quiche Spirals
- Recipe by: Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, CDE
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup low fat milk
- 2 Flatout ProteinUp CarbDown flatbreads endorsed by Weight Watchers®
- 3 ounces reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces ham, sliced
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Lay one Flatout flatbread down on a flat surface. Cover the flatbread with sliced ham.
Place the remaining flatbread directly on top of the ham and cover with a layer of cheese.
Slowly begin rolling the flatbread up to create a ‘burrito’ shape.
With a sharp knife, slice the ‘burrito’ into six even spiral pieces.
Place each piece into a lightly greased muffin tin. Pull the circular piece gently so that it unravels just slightly to completely fill the muffin tin.
