Portland: Brunch Pizza
- 1 Flatout artisan thin pizza crust
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten and scrambled
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup queso fresco, crumbled
- Hot sauce (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and spread on mashed avocado, then top with eggs, bacon, and queso. and serve with hot sauce.
