The Sweetest Breakfast Pizza
- 1 Flatout flatbread, Light Original
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Preheat the oven to 350. Bake the flatbread on a baking sheet for 2 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the lime zest, juice, and yogurt together until blended. Spread this mixture on the flatbread, then top with the pineapple and the fresh raspberries.
