Pizza for any meal is socially acceptable these days, which is why we like to play around with toppings. This fruit-filled Flatout pizza is a sweet bite that pairs perfectly with any breakfast. It’s also a great ending to any meal.

The Sweetest Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 Flatout flatbread, Light Original
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


Preheat the oven to 350. Bake the flatbread on a baking sheet for 2 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the lime zest, juice, and yogurt together until blended. Spread this mixture on the flatbread, then top with the pineapple and the fresh raspberries.
