Whole grains are important to a healthy diet. Our Flatout® Flatbread Healthy Grain wraps are made with 100% stone ground whole wheat and are high in fiber. Our Multi-Grain with Flax, with half the calories and half the carbs of two slices of 100% whole wheat bread, is our number one seller. Multi-Grain has 13g of whole grains per serving.  Our Honey Wheat has 13g, Whole Grain White 16g and Harvest Wheat has 32g of whole grains per serving.  All flatbreads have the Whole Grain Council stamp of approval.

Foldit® Artisan Flatbread

Flatout® Foldit® Artisan Flatbread is our uniquely shaped sandwich bread. We think of it as the next bread: it’s shaped like a figure eight so this flatbread comes with its own backstop. You just “Foldit” to make great flatbread sandwiches.

Foldit flatbreads come in a variety of flavors. Five Grain with Flax, Traditional White, Rosemary & Olive Oil were the start and we added Everything, Garlic and Ancient Grain. All are good sources of fiber and protein. Ancient Grains has 10g of protein!

Flatout Flatbreads are better than sliced bread and make flatbread wraps, pinwheels and flatbread pizzas. Flatout Tradition wraps fill up the hungriest guest. Cutting the wraps into pinwheels is easy. Using several different proteins lets everyone get a different taste experience.

One favorite flatbread wrap recipe for kids who thrive on the no crust of Flatout, is to add thin, sliced apples and cheddar cheese to any protein.  And flatbread pizzas are quick, too. We suggest pre-cooking the wraps for two minutes, remove and top with sauce and cheese and cook for 4 minutes.
